ReceiptScan stores all processed data in a UK-based data center for no longer than 30 days. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. Only the account owner has access to this data, and ReceiptScan does not share or sell data to third parties.

ReceiptScan uses third-party services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to monitor and analyze user behavior, with the goal of improving our services. By using ReceiptScan, you consent to the data collection by these third parties, in accordance with their privacy policies.

5. Data Processing

ReceiptScan utilizes third-party GPUs in secure containers to process your data. We maintain industry-standard security measures to ensure your data is protected while it is processed and stored.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. You must immediately notify ReceiptScan of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Prohibited Use

By using ReceiptScan, you agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to distributing viruses, hacking, or engaging in fraud. ReceiptScan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Termination

ReceiptScan may terminate or suspend your access to the service without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and any stored data will be deleted within 30 days.
